3. Where is Mr. K?
I am having a routine surgery on my vocal chords this morning. This is a procedure I need to have every 1-2 years. Without the surgery my voice would grow more and more hoarse and scratchy. When I return to class my voice will sound a little different.
Some frequently asked questions:
Q: Does it hurt?
A: No
Q: Is it common?
A: Yes (http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1673944/adele-throat-surgery-recovery.jhtml)
Q: Why do you need to have this?
A: Like any physical injury, once you injure it once it's more likely to keep happening. This is a procedure I'll need to have as long as I keep teaching.
If you have any other questions, you can email me or ask some of the current Sophomores (they know about it from last year).
AGENDA
->Take each quiz until you get at least 50% correct
->Write down the name of the quiz and your best score
->Turn it in before the end of class
